- Each student must have a computer with a functional camera and microphone. The camera must remain on, showing the student’s face for the entire lesson. Failure to do so will be marked as an unauthorised absence.
- Each term, one unauthorized absence and two authorized absences are permitted. Exceeding this limit may result in the suspension of club membership. To qualify for an authorised absence, parents must submit the Student Absence Form at least one day before the lesson.
- Each school year, the club hosts two hybrid code camps and one traditional code camp. All students must attend at least two of code camps in person. Assesments from these code camps will determine membership continuation and the appropriate level for the next school year.
- All students must participate in the online Perse Coding Team Challenge (PCTC) Round 0.
- Students at Level 2 and above are required to participate in PCTC Round 1 and Round 2 in the Spring term. For more details about the PCTC, visit: https://pctc.perse.co.uk/.
